OUR FOUNDERS

Lesson From The Grand Canyon

Since graduating from University, we have built numerous companies that have helped many thousands of clients better achieve their goals.

Many years ago, a Grand Canyon National Park Ranger told us “Nobody EVER climbs down & out in one day”.  We were young and brazen enough to disagree.  So we woke up with the sun, ran down the long trail and took a quick dip in the Colorado river.  Next we jogged, walked and crawled out the upper rim at sunset – totally exhausted yet victorious.

This story exemplifies the raw entrepreneur spirit as typically one must disagree with a multitude of viewpoints that tell us “You Can’t Do It” and simply DO IT ANYWAY.  We pride ourselves in helping our clients achieve their goals and know it takes a collective focused drive to win. – Kurtis & Keanan Kintzel

Kurtis & Mimi Kintzel

Kurtis & Mimi have five children and 10 grandkids. Recently, they spent half a year traveling around the world learning about other cultures and gathering insights on the new worldwide virtual workforce can benefit us all.

Together, they spend their days helping clients, family, friends and their church make the world a better place.

They inherently understand the power of a group and that it takes alignment behind a strong purpose to create something of value. And, over their career they have shown the abilty time and again to lead groups that create valuable products and services. And they can help you too.

Keanan & Doria Kintzel

Keanan & Doria have three kids and five grandkids. Her European charm balances his midwestern edge. Together they enjoy travels, family time and helping local charities help others.

Outside of growing the business, they are deeply involved in the local community volunteering time whenever possible. Their belief is similar to the old adage of “Think Global, Act Local” as one can truly see the fruits of labor when it sits on your doorstep.

Growing a business is similar to growing a community. Their must be positive products and services valuable enough for others to purchase to ensure viabilty. Same for a town, city, county or state. And one must also stay vigilant pulling weeds and watering the flowers if one wants a beautiful view.

Once a Pirate…

Like many, we have spent our life in the pursuit of freedom and the American Dream.

Along the way and in this game we call business we have encountered our share of skallywags, bums, pirates and damsels in distress. And let’s not forget, the spoils of victory.

Certainly, those forefathers sailing and exploring the wide open seas, navigating by the stars, had the courage and adventurous spirit required to overcome unsurmountable obstacles. We like to think we too have that same adventurous spirit and raise a glass to toast others like you, that continue to sail the open seas.
